Crystal is a spoiled rich brat who wants to get her hair done at a popular salon, but doesn't have an appointment. After a bitchy exchange with the chick at the counter, Crystal is shown to a chain, where she continues to complain and asks to speak to the manager. At this point, everyone is fed up with all of her bullshit and the VIOLATION begins.
